GX-BOX Milestones

1988

The previous generation began producing sheet-metal components for agricultural irrigation applications, building practical experience in traditional forming and joining techniques.

1992

Our capabilities expanded from hand-formed curved stainless-steel kitchen components to a nearly 10-metre mining vehicle body for a coal-mining project in Shanxi—an early step into large and complex sheet-metal fabrication.

1996

We began semi-mechanized production of stainless steel distribution boxes, marking the transition from traditional hand fabrication toward more standardized electrical enclosure manufacturing.

2009

We began supplying outdoor low-voltage distribution enclosures for weak-current systems used in projects of a major Chinese property developer, gaining experience in standardized production, outdoor protection and multi-site project delivery.

2015

We began actively developing overseas markets through the Canton Fair and international power-industry exhibitions, connecting directly with electrical, equipment and engineering customers worldwide and accelerating the international growth of our custom enclosure business.

2018

Stainless steel 316 enclosure box were supplied to customers in Middle East,America and Australia, the and other overseas markets, strengthening our experience with corrosion-resistant enclosures for demanding outdoor and industrial environments.

2024

We continued upgrading production with automated welding, automated grinding and other advanced manufacturing equipment, reducing dependence on manual consistency and improving repeatability across custom enclosure production.

At GX-BOX,We focuses on custom electrical enclosures and precision sheet-metal manufacturing for industrial projects. We work from customer drawings and project requirements, but the drawing is only the starting point.
Before production, we consider where the enclosure will be installed, what equipment it protects, how cables enter, how operators access it, and the environmental conditions it must withstand. These factors help determine suitable materials, enclosure construction, mounting methods, weather protection, sealing, ventilation provisions and other application-specific details.
Our role is to help turn project requirements into an enclosure structure that is practical to manufacture and suited to it’s intended operating environment.

Our Promise

(01) We Check What the Drawing Does Not Show

A dimensionally correct drawing can still create problems after bending, welding and assembly. We review details that may affect door alignment, sealing surfaces, structural clearance and repeat production before the enclosure moves into manufacturing.

(02) A Custom Opening Should Not Undo the Enclosure Protection

HMI windows, cable entries and ventilation cutouts are reviewed as part of the enclosure structure—not as separate machining jobs. Their position is coordinated with sealing surfaces, reinforcement and protection requirements to reduce unnecessary weak points.

(03) Material Choice Only Works When the Process Matches the Material

Stainless steel, aluminum and coated steel require different fabrication controls. We adapt welding, finishing, surface treatment and exposed hardware to the material and operating environment rather than applying one process to every enclosure.
