Low-Voltage Power Distribution Enclosures

Low-Voltage Power Distribution Enclosures
description
A power distribution cabinet can have enough space for breakers and still be difficult to wire, support or maintain. Large incoming cables need controlled bending and termination space, heavy switchgear requires a stable structural load path, and busbar, equipment and cable areas should not interfere with one another. GX-BOX manufactures custom power distribution enclosures around customer-approved electrical layouts, turning these requirements into cable chambers, reinforced mounting structures and service-oriented cabinet architecture.

If the Power Cable Cannot Bend, the Cabinet Is Already Too Small

A cabinet may fit every breaker and still leave insufficient room for large incoming and outgoing cables. Tight bending, poor lug access and crowded entries can turn installation into field rework.

GX-BOX Solution:We build the cable path into the enclosure layout before finalizing cabinet depth. Dedicated cable chambers, removable gland plates and cable-support structures provide controlled space from cable entry to termination instead of forcing large conductors through leftover space.

Heavy Power Equipment Should Not Hang from Sheet Metal Alone

Large breakers, busbar supports and power cables create concentrated loads inside the cabinet. A flat mounting plate alone may not provide the structural path needed to keep critical mounting positions stable.

GX-BOX Solution:Reinforced rails and cross-members transfer equipment loads into the cabinet frame, strengthened base and anchoring points. Structural reinforcement is concentrated around actual load paths rather than simply increasing sheet thickness across the entire enclosure.

Maintenance Should Not Require Opening Every Functional Area

Busbars, switching devices and cable terminations serve different functions, yet an undivided cabinet forces technicians to work around unrelated power sections during service or modification.

GX-BOX Solution:We manufacture customer-defined internal partitions, cable chambers and removable access panels to separate busbar, equipment and termination areas. Where site space is limited, service zones can also be arranged for front access without redesigning the complete cabinet body.
